2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We offer delivery through trusted courier partners across Pakistan.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days. Other cities and rural areas: 4–7 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
- Free shipping promotions may apply to eligible orders, as specified on the website.
- Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order using the courier’s website or tracking system.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship only within Pakistan.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Wiki Tech is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Eligible damaged shipments will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
