1. Returns
- Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards (if applicable)
- Items that are opened, used, or personalized are not eligible for return.
- Software products, digital downloads, and consumables (like batteries or peripherals that are opened) cannot be returned.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged during delivery.
- Returns should be shipped securely and with tracking to avoid loss in transit.
3. Refunds
- After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- To process the claim, provide photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
- Eligible items will be: Replaced at no additional cost or Refunded in full, including original shipping fees.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for the same product model, subject to availability.
- To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details.
- Return shipping for exchanges is covered by the customer, except for defective or damaged items.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting viki.special99@gmail.com.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return following the standard return process.
7. Warranty Claims
- Some tech products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranty claims must be submitted according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Wiki Tech will assist customers in initiating warranty claims, but the warranty is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to their terms.
